DIRTY. Mouse feces on the bathroom towels,moldy shower liner,dog hair all over the game room&dirty sheets.The second I saw the mouse droppings I told the host&they replied right away&had offered housekeeping to come but I said no because from the moment I saw that I knew I was not going to sleep/shower there. When I looked at my reservation I saw I could not get a refund so I didn’t see a point in canceling so I just left my stuff there and only came back Saturday night to get my things.I was there for a total for 4 hours the entire weekend I reserved.I reported this to Airbnb support and they shared all 13-15 photos I took with the host&they said the HOST did not want to give me a refund. I’m confused as to why Airbnb would leave it up to the host on getting a refund if I had clear evidence that there was a health hazard.Shame on me for not reaching out to Airbnb ASAP but shame on the host even more for not even giving even a partial refund out of the $360 I spent here. KARMA IS REAL.

Large home with plenty of space to have family members visit. Close to family and friends. Communications were great.
