This place will not disappoint! The location is top notch and super easy to find. If you take the trolley to the beach, it will pick you up from your driveway and because it is fairly far south, you will likely be the first group dropped off after the beach! You can't beat that! The home has plenty of rooms and beds for large groups. The living space upstairs was the perfect hangout spot for our group and the table seats 12 (with five more stools at the island). There are plenty of bathrooms as well which makes getting ready easy. The outside shower was also a great way to cool off after the beach and wash off the sand. We all enjoyed the hot tub and while the pool is on the smaller side, we still enjoyed a lot of time in it. While in the pool, we felt pretty isolated from other homes which is definitely not the case with a lot of places in OBX. We will definitely keep this place on our short list for future stays in the area.

We had a great time visiting with four families. We really enjoying exploring the Currituck Club and all of the amenities with golf carts. The pools were fun and the beach was beautiful. The house was great, but there were a few areas that I think could have been better. The kitchen lacked supplies to cook for a group. The outdoor furniture was not in great shape and the beach chairs were broken. There was also no table with umbrella for eating outside like there is shown in the picture. We would have liked chairs on all of the beautiful decks so that we could have enjoyed them more. The top deck had no seating. We had to reach out to James a couple of times (requested a broom for tidying up, didn't have enough bath towels for everyone) and he was very prompt in his response and to help correct the issues. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely visit the area again!

The house is beautiful. it is very clean and very well maintained. The house does not have a direct beach view but within easy distance of the beach. The extra bedroom in the garage with 3 double beds was a pleasant surprise. Pool and the hot tub are great and it was very useful to have heated options on cloudy/somewhat cold days. Plenty of beautiful walking/running trails closeby and Harris Teeter/Starbucks are a 2 min drive away. Very pleased overall with the house.
