New mini-farm on 6 acres. 2 small dogs live with us. Your bedroom is lockable and private with private entrance and comfy queen bed for a restful nights sleep. Includes a modern desk, lamp and swivel office chair TV USB. SLOW Wi-Fi. We have an indoor Swim spa so bring your swimsuit. The Fox Theater ln Atlanta GA is just 110 miles, Biltmore House Ashville NC 104 miles, Myrtle Beach SC 291 miles and Greenville SC 55 miles. Many local water falls, parks, and nature trails. Come relax! We have animals such as a mini donkey, pigs, chickens, dogs, peacocks, goats and turkeys. Outdoor firepit with cornhole and seating. Very quite and relaxing.

Truette and Nancy were amazing hosts! We were lucky enough to be their first guests. They cooked us a pizza and made us feel right at home. They told us that if we ever needed anything to feel free to call them. They have TVs and a large hot tub which is great for relaxing after a long day of visiting Clemson. They are a nice southern couple that will make you feel like family. Can not say enough good things about this place.

We are 14.9 miles from Memorial Stadium, CLEMSON UNIVERSITY. 46.1 miles from Peace Center / Concert Hall, Greenville SC. 104 miles from Fox Theater, Atlanta GA. Oconee County, has 150 waterfalls and 4 state parks and 3 County parks. We live in a part of Oconee County that is farming country, mostly chicken houses. It is very quiet and relaxing. Our screened porch is a wonderful place to relax and sometimes even take a nap. We love Modern Country Living.

My wife (Nancy) and I love to travel. We are just (12-2022) in the process of opening a room in our home. We do not allow pets because we have two small dogs and a mini potbelly pig in our home and lots of animals outside. We live in a new home on a new small farm. Nancy is a retired Pharmacist and I am a retired Police officer. We love working with our Church (NewSpring) and for the Lord Jesus Christ.
