Surrounded by nature, beautiful sunsets, nice lake to take a calming SUP out or swim in (no weeds)! The perfect getaway for groups, special celebrations, events, reunions, retreats, bachelorettes, guy/girl weekends! Inside, spacious 6 bedrooms (9 beds), 3 baths, 2 kitchens, doin dining table seats 18, 2 living rms, bonus rm for yoga or ping pong -come to rest and play! Ample parking, easy access to house (4 steps up). Outside, a huge 13’ SWIM SPA, awesome for a hot dip ALL YEAR ROUND. With a wraparound deck + 24' x 24' dock on the lake, 2 firepits, kayak, SUPs, peddle boat and flat lawn!

This private cottage is at the end of a private road, just north of Muskoka. We're on a calm bay with west facing exposure and connected to three lakes - great fishing for Bass, Pike and Walleye.
The very large dock is 24ft by 24ft and just over 6ft deep at the end of the dock, gradually deepening to 13ft, perfect for swimming. For little ones and non-swimmers, there is also shallow entry to wade in over smooth flat rock into the water and no weeds.
We're a short 12 minutes from Highway 400 and quick 15 minute drive to downtown Parry Sound, a great place for local shops and restaurants.

Hi, I'm Scott Cunningham. I'm a Realtor from Remax in Toronto. I love fishing and being outdoors. My rule of Life is to experience and know Gods Love and Power for the benefit of others. I love God and my wife and 4 daughters. My wife Sharon is the creative in the family, always planning our next project! Together, we love meeting new people and entertaining. Since we also love the water, travelling to beach destinations is something we'd like to do a lot more of in the future. But we're also quite happy to be at home, coming from large families, there's always good company around! My wife and I have thoughtfully designed our home with you in mind, so your stay would feel like a home, to have the comforts we ourselves would like.
