A stone walkway and granite steps bring you to the waterfront, which comes equipped with a spacious dock for boat parking, and offers great swimming conditions with deep water off the end of the dock. Lower Level Here you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms, a powder room and a family room with access to another sizeable lake-facing deck. Outside the cottage, there's a level grassy playing area, and once you traverse the 60 steps down to the lake, there's a single-slip boathouse with a fantastic rooftop patio to view sunsets and stars. The lakeside deck is 65 feet wide, with easy access to deep waters for jumping in and a shallow entry for little ones and pets. A standby generator is included for added convenience. With a year-round township-maintained road, this retreat is easily accessed from Highway 400 and is just two hours away from Toronto.
