Designed with families in mind, there’s a children's swim dock and family style guest rooms with adjacent bathrooms. The boathouse has a fabulous upper deck for waterside gatherings and there is a Muskoka room with BBQ deck if you wish to be closer to the main cottage. For cooler evenings or rainy days, the TV's have satellite service. On the main floor you will find a primary bedroom oasis with it's own private ensuite bath featuring a soaker tub and a natural granite walk in shower. On the lower level, there are two family style guest bedrooms each with it's own bath. The waterway is ideal for that relaxing canoe/kayak tour and is away from the main channel of south Lake Joe. It’s a safe place for kids to learn boating and water skills or for people who prefer to swim or wade in calm waters. There’s plenty of shallow water with sandy bottom. Deeper water off the dock is perfect for boating. The large dock provides full sun and is a great place for water sports and entertaining family and friends, a great place for waterside living and perfect Muskoka sunset evenings. Inside the cottage you will find wide plank wood floors, tasteful wood trim and traditional furnishings with an entertainers dream kitchen.
