EXTERIOR Our property gently slopes towards the water, making access more comfortable for young children or older individuals. On the water side you will find the kids play structure, fire pit area, and hot tub. MAIN FLOOR The main floor of the cottage is open concept, allowing a clear view from the dining room to the living room, with the kitchen and fireplace sitting area in between. The powder room and front hall closet are located by the front door, and access to the back deck can be achieved by multiple sliding patio doors. SECOND FLOOR The wide upper hallway over looks the fireplace room on the main floor, and the glass railings offer an unobstructed view of the water, which is perfect when you are lounging on the chaise with a book. Two large bedrooms have gorgeous views of the water, along with private balconies, and the Primary Bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub. The bunk bed rooms are located on the driveway side, with a 4 piece washroom in-between. BASEMENT The large rec space in the basement is perfect for a secondary space to cozy up for a movie, and the kids play corner offers games and toys for rainy day fun. Three bedrooms are located in the basement: 2 bunk bed rooms and 1 queen bed room. The 3 piece washroom and laundry are also located in this space.
