Connect with nature on our secluded 15 acres with panoramic mountain views, idyllic pastures flowing with wildflowers and a freshwater pond, all facing the undeveloped and protected Relay Mountain State Forest. Wake to a spectacular sunrise, feed the Koi or try a game of Corn Toss. Experience a breathtaking sunset by the campfire roasting marshmallows. Gaze at the endless stars and watch the array of lightning bugs light up the field and listen to the serenading frogs. A perfect weekend getaway! Glorified camping for tenting or trailer/RV (max 35’, DRY CAMPING) at our private and spacious site, shaded with mountain views with a private campfire area and picnic table. You provide your own tent or trailer/RV. Site includes, ½ rack of firewood as shown in picture! Site has cell-coverage for most carriers. Communal Amenities (brand new for 2023) include: Wi-Fi, outside private enclosed shower with changing area (supplied with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), spacious and clean custom-made outhouse, kitchen sink, charcoal grill and charcoal, mini fridge/freezer, air-fryer, blender, dual gas burners, pots, pans, bowls, cooking utensils, spices, paper plates. Also has a seating bar with mountain views and a picnic table. Should you desire to bring your beloved dog, we welcome it, dog must be leashed, dog and people friendly. We even have a doggy washing station so your pup can enjoy the great outdoors and be squeaky clean for bedtime! Notes: -Not suitable for children under 12 and infants. -Absolutely NO Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes permitted anywhere on the property or in the suites. Per DEC no outside wood permitted. -Owners do have a beautiful friendly pup, Australian Shepherd, that roams the property greeting everyone. -Shared Communal Amenities area with two suite barn rentals. -Per DEC, no outside wood is permitted. The owners do supply a ½ a rack of wood included in your price. If you would like additional wood, we have plenty for purchase (full rack cost $50.00, ½ rack cost $25.00). Please notify the owners if you would like to purchase more.

The Campsite views were great! There is a beautiful mountain range, that makes for great views. The Coy pond was full of fish, and great! There is plenty of room to relax, and throw a football or baseball with friends. Listening to the birds, and even coyote’s at night was pretty awesome too. Gary and Jeanine were very friendly hosts! Hoping to come back soon!

My wife and I have camped for close to 40 years and we were always looking for the perfect private patch of grass to pop a tent, build a fire and let nature captivate our thoughts for the weekend. After being owner/operators of a family business for 20 years, we felt the draw to return to nature and all its glory. We’ve worked tirelessly over the last 10 years on a farm from bygone times to transform it from a thistle field to grand pastural meadows and rustic structures we hope you’ll enjoy.
