The stay was nice. The location and sea view were lovely and the en suite bathroom was a nice touch. There was a few issues during the stay but the host was helpful and sorted them out. The bottle of Prosecco was nice. Not the best value for money as seems to be sub let so when issues did arise I was told the landlord or the owner will have to deal with it. The windows let in a lot of cold air and breeze and really could be updated as this ruined the trip for my brother and his family as they left early due to being cold as the heating had issues aswell. The view and the be en-suite was the best thing about this house and stay.
This is the second time that we have stayed at the property so we knew what a beautiful location the property is set in and the property itself. We had a few problems upon arrival, which were resolved in the first couple of days, but did not start the holiday on the right footing which was disappointing for us. Would look to book again when in the Plymouth area.
Emplacement et vue incroyable, communication impeccable et équipement très adapté à une grande famille (nous étions 5 mais nous aurions pu être plus). Pet friendly. Je recommande ce cottage sans hésitation. Préparez juste l arrivée parce que les numéros des maisons ne sont pas très clairs, nous avons demandé à un voisin très sympa.
The stay was amazing, house was amazing, hosts were amazing! Couldn’t fault the whole stay, communication from owners was great! Would recommend anyone to stay here. Views were stunning as well

A fabulous beachl location from which you can enjoy all that Plymouth and the South Hams has to offer.
The focal point for many visiting the area, and this house is right by it... the South West Coast Path. So if you’re wanting to get out and explore, take your dogs out, go sea swimming or simply relax and take in the views and fresh air,, book this house quickly so you can all stay together and be literally a few minute’s walk away! Not to mention it's only a 10 minute ride from the centre.
This superb house is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer by foot, and is moments walking from the Bovisands beach, Wembury, Jennycliff and a boat ride to the city centre from Mount Batten.
Because this property is so ideally located, not too far from the city but far enough to feel that you're away from the hustle and bustle, you needn't worry about parking arrangements. There is private parking for up to 3/4 vehicles across our private driveway that lets you park your vehicles with no added concerns. For the evenings, there are automatic floor lights which allows easy access to the house.
