Escape to the coast and stay at this spacious home as a group of five and bring two of your four-legged friends along for the trip. Nestled on the coast in the charming village of Kingsand, you will be close to amenities and beaches, as well as having having easy access to Cornwall’s top attractions and activities. This welcoming seaside cottage is tucked away on a quiet residential road. Enter the stylish property and head into the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with double Range oven and large American-style fridge freezer. Cook up a storm and take a seat around the dining table to enjoy it together. Choose from two lounge spaces, one with comfy seating, Smart TV and bi-folding doors offering up remarkable sea views, or a cosy seating area with coffee table. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one of which has a delightful balcony with seating. To the rear of the property is a patio garden with furniture. Enjoy a meal alfresco while watching the sun set on the horizon. Kingsand is a quaint fishing village on the Rame Peninsula with a good selection of pubs and restaurants that you can reach on foot. Cawsand is just 1 mile down the road and has a lovely, sheltered beach with lots of rock pools to explore. There’s much to visit on the peninsula such as Wacker Quay (6 miles), great for bird watching, National Trust’s Antony House (6 miles) and Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park (3 miles). Take the ferry from Cawsand over to the Ocean City of Plymouth which is home to the National Marine Aquarium and plenty of shops, bars, and eateries.
