Great location, lovely place to visit. Lots to do and see, very friendly people. Sam is a friendly and responsive host, bonus it has a good parking place. There is parking nearby if you wish to stay longer after check out. I don’t usually leave a bad review but I was quite disappointed with the place, not clean at all. if you sell a seaside view at least clean the windows. The place needs good maintenance, shower is blocked, entry light is broken, shower window broken, the heating isn’t working in the main bedroom, lots of dust around the house, floor is grubby. Needed to clean everything before using, don’t even have washing up liquid. Really didn’t think I had to clean the place on my holiday. Maybe my experience was just one off, it did spoil the holiday I am afraid.

We have just returned from a lovely few days at Sam’s place. The location of the apartment is incredible - the beach, harbour and restaurants are all just outside, and the views are spectacular. The apartment was easy to find and access, and the parking space was a real bonus! The apartment is clean and tidy - and there are plenty of books and games. We had a lovely time and would recommend Sam’s place to anyone who wants a nice break in Lyme Regis.

Sam's place was absolutely perfect for us as a family of four. With two small children it's super convenient for the beach, so you can pop back if someone gets wet! We had a couple of rainy days so it was nice to have somewhere spacious enough to play board games and chill out (while still being able to see the sea).

We had a fantastic time. Sam's place was a perfect base to explore Lyme Regis. The flat is so comfortable and well located close to The Cobb. There are great walks and food close by, and no need to get iin the car. We will be back. Pippa
