Stylish town centre cottage with parking, a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches. It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly. The main part of the cottage is around 400 years old. The spacious downstairs accommodation is open plan which makes it ideal for a family get together. There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is a wide spiral staircase to get to the next floor (alternative outside dog-leg staircase also available). Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms- 2 doubles and 2 twins. There is also an upstairs bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Outside there is a courtyard with outdoor dining area and parking for one car. Large gates make this area very secure if you want to bring your pets. Parking is a bonus in Lyme Regis - but it will be necessary to reverse in as the space is narrow. It is possible to park a van in there, but will take careful manoeuvring. The cottage is located in the old part of town on Church Street - a couple of minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. A perfect location for a family holiday.
