La ubicación del dpto es perfecta para turistas; todo está a un paso y hay forma de ir caminando sin estresarse por el tráfico. Alrededor están los mejores comercios para hacer shopping y restaurantes muy buenos. Walther un excelente afitrion, muy atento desde el primer momento y sobre todo muy comprensible y educado. Muchas gracias por todo Walther.

Enjoyed my time at Walther’s place in Asunción, close to Paseo La Galeria and Shopping del Sol! Literally, everything’s within arm’s reach – shops, rooftops, bars, and restaurants. No car needed; Ubers are budget-friendly for short distances. The condo’s a jackpot – reserved parking, two TVs, two ACs, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and, crucially, a powder bath and a cool balcony. Plus, a gym, sauna, and a relaxing small swimming pool. Nights are serene, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep. Hats off to Walther and his team – they made my stay seamless. Sorted everything I needed, and they were there whenever I needed something. Excited to stay there again on my next visit to Asuncion!

La estadía fue muy buena, el departamento muy ordenado, limpio, acogedor y moderno. Esta ubicado entre dos de los centros comerciales más visitados, una gran zona con mucho por hacer. Walther fue muy atento y me ayudo a responder las consultas que tenía en todo momento. Estar visitando nuevamente.
