Enter the house through a show stopping, custom epoxy river front door. New vinyl wood plank flooring is installed throughout the home. And, the brand new, top of the line, Trane HVAC central heat and air conditioning unit, assures that the temperature will always be just how you like it. The unit can be controlled via a nest thermostat in the hallway. The modern, open format, floor plan includes; An extra large kitchen with an oversized island and barstool seating for cooking and socializing alike. All appliances are brand new CAFE luxury line by GE appliances, and the kitchen comes equipped with just about anything and everything a guest could possibly need - tons of dishware, pots and pans, spices, a Keurig coffee maker including k-cups, and an assortment of sugars. A large cozy living room with plenty of seating, reclining sofa’s, and a large TV with a Roku. The dining room features a large custom, blue disco ball tile, epoxy table, for eating, working, taking pics next to this show-stopping piece, etc. Beyond the kitchen, on the way out to the pool and backyard, guests will walk through a dedicated wet bar room, with a custom vintage royal blue wet bar, equipped with a wine cooler and bartending tools for some cocktail fun. Within the wet bar there is a mini fridge/wine cooler, and a snowcone maker with an assortment of flavored syrups - great for kids and adults ;) Within the Wet Bar room there is also a wall desk that can be folded down to provide a dedicated work space. There is an HP Printer as well that is stocked with plenty of printer paper, and can be connected to via the WiFi. The printer is located within the wet bar. Attached to the wet bar room is a sliding glass door that leads directly out to the covered patio in the backyard, where there is a 55” outdoor TV & Roku, and 4 Adirondack chairs surrounding a large outdoor coffee table, for lounging or outdoor dining. On this outdoor table guests will find a small table top Firepit. Liquid fuel for the fire pit is provided, as well as a s’more making kit with all the necessary tools and goodies (supplies are all located in the kitchen). A new Kenmore BBQ is located under this covered patio as well, with just about every BBQ accessory one could possibly need, and pre-filled propane tanks. Next to the covered patio space is the large, NEW BUILD swimming pool, including a spacious Baja Deck fitted with 2 in pool Ledge Loungers, and an in pool ledge table, and umbrella in-between. With these luxury loungers you have the best of both worlds - basque in the sun, but also stay cool in the water. At night the pool lights up with color changing LED lights. The blue and white tumbled marble pool deck has 4 reclining loungers, and plenty of additional bench seating surrounding the pool. The pool also comes with an abundance of floats and toys including pool tennis & pool basketball, for relaxing, socializing, picture- taking, and just general good times. The outdoor TV was also intentionally placed so that it can be seen from all angles in the pool. POOL HEATING: As a complimentary service during your stay, pool temperature heating is provided at 75°. Should you want to further heat the pool, it is an additional $50/day, and the temperature will be increased to 85°, or $75/day for up to 90°. The rest of the backyard has newly installed turf, a ping pong table, a new large propane powered fire pit with 3 oversized poufs for extra comfortable seating + a s’mores kit is provided upon arrival on the kitchen counter, and a large mini golf course. Golf clubs & balls, and ping pong paddles & balls, are all included as well. The golf course also has lights that automatically come on at dusk, so guests can work on honing their golf skills at any hour of the day or night. 2 in ground, bluetooth speakers, are provided for guests to add their favorite tunes into the mix. The speakers are located in the kitchen, in a vase where they will be charging so they’re ready for use immediately. The Master Bedroom is one for the books! The new Cal King, cooling gel, memory foam mattress additionally comes with a remote operated, head raising, bed platform, so guests can sit up with just the touch of a button. The master bedroom also includes a very large, dedicated, full bathroom, and oversize walk in shower with both a rain shower head and a handheld shower head. This bathroom space will seduce you with its floor to ceiling tiled walls, large double sink vanity, and also comes equipped with a separate toilet room space for some extra privacy. The master bedroom is also furnished with its own 45” TV and Roku, and has direct access to the backyard via a sliding glass door. The second bedroom comes equipped with a new gel, memory foam, queen size bed. This room has two large windows for added natural light, but is also equipped with black plantation shutters to keep the room as dark, or as light, as desired. The third bedroom has 2 side-by-side full size beds & new plush, hybrid mattresses. Also, a large mirrored closet, and dedicated reading lights above each bed. Within the closet in the 3rd bedroom (the double-bed bedroom) there is a roll-a-way mattress bed, and an air mattress, should any additional sleeping amenities be needed. There is laundry on site, and plenty of extra necessities, such as - linens, towels, detergent, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. etc. Hairdryers, an iron & ironing board, a clothing air drying rack, and a steamer, are also provided. A baby gate/dog gate is available for use as well (stored in the Laundry Room). It is of utmost importance that guests have the best experience possible when staying at Old Town Scottsdale’s MVP!
