Because of problems with another Airbnb apartment in the same building, I booked back at Richard's last-minute even though I had problems with the previous rental. But, I assumed all the issues would be resolved. And, I was desperate for a place to stay. Sadly, I was once again disappointed by the lack of hot water. It seems that the water heater was set on a schedule likely for a person that showers early and not during the day. I had cold showers once again and had to wait for the technicians to come and program the water heater (again!). Be sure to check with Richard as to what the water heater schedule is before booking. The timing might not suit you as it didn't suit me.

Richards apartment is in the Riverbank Apartments within the Two Rivers complex. The building is still under construction and thus there was a lot of construction noise. Outside the building there is also construction going on for the apartments next door. For now, it is not a quiet place. Richard has a lot of lies within the listing for this apartment. Here are a few examples: - Bathtub - there is no bathtub, but there is a shower - Free dryer – In unit -- this does not exist. - Room-darkening shades - the drapes are a light yellow color and let in a lot of light - Clothing storage: walk-in closet -- there is no walk-in-closet. - Window AC unit - nope, this didn't exist - Dedicated work space In a room with a door - nope. It doesn't exist. - Private entrance - there definitely isn't a private entrance. I also fought Richard about the lack of hot water. Almost all the showers I took were cold. He had lots of excuses. I recommend renting from another host.
