Good place for the price.

The property is overall a nice place, its needs a few furniture updates like the main bedroom mattress and living room sofa are very worn out - when you sit either side of the sofa the cushion goes down to the frame so a bit uncomfortable. The biggest problem this property had is it is a part of several units where construction is still undergoing therefore disturbed us throughout the 2 weeks that we stayed. Hammering and using a rotary machine from 9am in the mornings weekend included. Although the host first assured us this would only happen when we were out, it continued. After contacting the host again he was not very considerate and explained he would not be stopping the construction work because it was not worth the money to him. Very disappointing and disheartening that air bnb allow this property to continue with bookings after this has been reported.

Really enjoyed our stay at Migael's. we were even able to extend our stay a bit because we were so comfortable. hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Nice place to stay… transportation needs to be handled a little differently as far as the drivers that were provided… Ramon and Pete are two great people….
