Tolles kleines Ferienhaus in direkter Strandnähe. Veronika und Cassie, die Haushälterin sind super nett. Der Strand ist klasse. Cassie kocht fantastische Gerichte!

We hebben genoten in een prachtige huis met alle gemakken die je nodigt hebt en op een steenworp afstand van het strand. Het is een hele rustige en gemoedelijke plek, fantastisch om hier je dag te mogen beginnen . Aan de rechterkant van het strand heb je 2 barretjes en 1 restaurantje met lokaal goed eten. Maar als je echt goed wil eten dan heb je Cassie de kok/hulp van het strandhuis. Zij helpt je ook met alles wat je nodig hebt zonder enige aarzeling, geen ene vraag is te gek. Kortom we hadden zeker nog langer kunnen blijven maar we waren op doorreis. De eerste stop was dus al zeer geslaagd.

Where do I start? This is one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The Yellow Canary Villa was a breath of fresh air and totally lived up to our expectations. You are a minutes walk to a very private and beautiful beach. Probably the best part of the experience was Cassie. She greeted us when we arrived and it felt like we were lifelong friends. She made our stay wonderful and her cooking is off the charts. We were looking for a true Jamaican experience and this did not disappoint. You are also a minutes walk to a few watering holes that also serve food. Cassie is off on Sunday so I would recommend Juliet’s. Her fried chicken and red snapper were delicious. Leroy’s has live music most Saturdays and faces the ocean. We spent our last evening there and really enjoyed ourselves. We had such a great time we’ve already booked again for next year. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, I can’t recommend Veronica and her Yellow Canary Villa enough! One Love!!

We had the most amazing stay at Veronica’s home and one that will be remembered by our family forever. Cassie, the housekeeper was kind and considerate throughout our stay, it was my daughters birthday whilst we were there and she cooked up a delicious meal and sorted an awesome cake for me from the bakery with literally no fuss. We were blessed to have her advise us on what to and what not to do. The house if located in a really quiet and peaceful area, which having visited Jamaica many times, made it unique to have a beach all to ourselves and just a few metres from the house. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. Getting to shops or restaurants requires a taxi (which is easily arranged) but if you’re looking for a party spot this is probably not what you want. But if you just want to relax and enjoy Jamaicas natural beauty I can’t recommend it enough.
