Karen's place is just a short walk to the beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves most days. The neighborhood is very safe and nice to walk around. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ms. Annette cooked us a delicous meal and made sure to check in with us regularly. The yard did not have a hammock like the pictures showed, and the ocean view is hard to see from the rooftop and had some views of construction.

Great location, right on the beach. Lovely bar/restaurant near by and we loved going to Leroy's on saturday night for live music.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Duncan’s beach is amazing, with the right blend of solitude but with an amazingly friendly local community. The bungalow is nice and private, but a very short walk and you are right on the beach and have access to a couple of great local restaurants. Karen was very responsive and Miss Annette at the property was very friendly and helpful as well. Would absolutely love to go back!

I enjoyed every minute of my stay here! This was my first solo trip & I wanted to explore more rural Jamaica before heading to Negril. I’m so happy I started with Duncans & at Karen’s place. Everything was exactly as described. Plus Karen is very communicative & resourceful (get the massage!). The cabin is small, cute & quaint but carried large flare. It was very clean and I felt safe! Kirk was great & got me there safe. What really made my stay wonderful is Miss Annette. She made me feel like I was one of her own which I extremely appreciate. I was there for Christmas & Miss Annette cooked dinner for me that I will dream about until the next trip! I wish I could share photos of it. It was a beautiful display of love & care on a plate. She was there whenever I needed her. I will always cherish this stay. The beach is marvelous. Absolutely! It’s like your own oasis by the sea. I stayed out there from sun up to down. The community is pleasant as well. I ate at Julets a lot. Yum yum!

It was a perfect stay. Duncan’s Bay was just as described. Ms. Annette was wonderful, helpful, and a good cook! Karen’s responses were quick. The beach and the water was gorgeous. We will return someday!
