I've stayed in a fair number of short term rentals for getaways, and this by far is one of the best. Newly renovated, they have thought of everything. Heated floors, modern & flexible lighting, great natural light, high quality appliances & bedding, etc. The waterfall and creek right outside are beautiful. There is a giant fire pit along with new (very large) sauna & hot tub. The hot tub & bbq are covered, so they can be used rain, show, or shine. The beds are large and comfortable. The rooms are well laid out. The ceilings are very high and the main area is open concept, yet there are tons of spots to find some privacy. The yard is large and very well kept. The instructions were simple, clear, and helpful. The main shops of Flesherton are just a few minutes walk away. There are very nice coffee shops, a cheese shop, fine dining, some art galleries, and more. This is the perfect rental for someone looking for a special memory where everything has already been thought of.

River One is truly a magical and spectacular home. Hot tub by a babbling brook and sauna- could you ask for anything more? We feel privileged to have found it- and are leaving a 5+ ⭐️ review; even though we secretly and selfishly want to keep it a secret. Pristine clean, well appointed, lots of treats and extras. The kitchen is top notch for staying in and cooking. Great breakfast bar- and yummy Nespresso coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the location cannot be beat. Jess and Nic were superb with communication. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Jes & Nic’s place was a perfect getaway from the city for our group to enjoy. We loved using the hot tub and sauna and the kitchen was huge and well equipped for all the meals we made. Highly recommend.

The Suite Haus - Mill was perfectly nestled into nature hidden from the main road, while also within walking distance to some local gems, such as The Bakery & The Gate (Restaurant), which we would both recommend. The inside of the Mill was beautifully decorated, super clean, & stocked with all the household items one would need while away from home. This is a great place to stay for a smaller group of friends or a family, as it's quite spacious, however, it would suit anyone looking to get away to a quieter place to unwind. LOVED the backyard view looking onto the little waterfall and stream, it was so peaceful & serene. Additionally, having the hot tub was wonderful & the sauna exceeded our expectations. There were a few things we reached out to the hosts about & they were prompt to respond with solutions. Lastly, this place is about 45min visit from Collingwood & very close to many hiking trails, & other restaurants/cafes in nearby; Savvy Co., Flying Chestnut, & Marilynne's.

Beautiful location, welcoming suite and gracious hosts. The unit had everything we needed and was the perfect spot for a relaxing family weekend getaway. There was lots of space to spread out, while the couch called to us to snuggle in and cozy up together. The kitchen is very well appointed, there are plenty of towels and the beds are super comfy.
