The apartment was very dirty. Floors and beds had dust. When we talked to Ariel he said “that the apartment was cleaned 2 weeks before we arrived”. So that was the reason it was that dirty. We had to ask for cleaning supplies to take care of the cleaning by ourselves. When we first arrive we were given the instructions to turn on the energy breakers. For us was very dangerous dealing with the electric fuse box Both bathrooms have MOLD and the paint is falling up. Towels were stain. On a positive note, Ariel did answer our questions and was ver apologetic about the situation. But did not followed up or ask if there was something else he could do to help. This is the typical situation we’re the host is not close to the unit and doesn’t have someone available on the premises to take care of anything. Overall the experience was not good. I am myself a Superhost and in my opinion I don’t consider this apartment ready to be in Airbnb.
