Paddy properties aim to provide modern comforts, a literal home away from home. All properties feature gated parking, full air-conditioning and an equipped kitchen for all guests. Paddy Wee is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property, located within 12 min stroll to the beautiful and popular Kad Farang mall. Kad Farang is one of the prettiest community malls in Chiangmai, with modern Lanna architecture. At this community mall you can find Rimping - a premier supermarket where you find both high quality fresh foods and groceries. Other shops include wine connection, MacDonalds, KFC, Daiso, and arguably the most beautiful Starbucks in Chiangmai Thailand. This area also transforms into a bustling open air market on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday where you can find local food, buy local produce, and all at local prices. There are always events happening around at Kad Farang, so keep your eyes peeled. Surroundings The house is located in an expatriate neighbourhood that is both peaceful and safe. Behind the property is a beautiful Logan plantation that looks amazing in the mornings, one of the few places that is close to amenities and yet close to nature. From the dining room, you get a glimpse of the logan orchard, and a array of birds ranging from swiftlets, spotted neck doves, black drongo and the elusive kingfisher. Kitchen/Laundry The kitchen is stocked with everything a group of 6 will need. From plates, bowls, wine glasses and utensils, and a basic pantry with coffee, tea and snacks. A 5 stage water filtration system has also be installed for the convenience of our guests. If you get hungry, and are too tired to go out to eat. You can order from food delivery apps, such as grab and foodpanda. Want to travel light, and not lug your entire closet while traveling? We have a family sized washing machine to ensure you have a more relaxing stay in Thailand. Entertainment All Paddy properties feature smart LED TV, free wireless internet and Netflix to keep the kids occupied. Safety & Convenience Each paddy property comes with a basic first aid kit, with plasters, paracetamols and antacid should your family need it. We are frequent travelers, so we know how it feels to have checked in, and realising that we forgot to bring a charging cable or a car usb adaptor. You can purchase these at Kad Farang (Mr DIY), or simply borrow the cables from our convenience box in the house.
