Great place for family.

Grace’s home was well appointed and clean on the inside. Views of LA were amazing particularly at sunset. Any question we had was responded to quickly. Only complaint we had were regarding the pool. Although we paid extra for heating, the water was shockingly cold. Not sure if there was a malfunction or the heater just didn’t run consistently but my family was disappointed at not being able to enjoy the pool after long days at Disney, etc. Equally disappointed we could not get a partial refund either after multiple chats with Grace.

Would not stay here again. The place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately a lack of attention to detail and lack of action on the part of the host to address numerous issues that we reported during our vacation stay, made this an overall poor experience. The pool wasn't heated on arrival despite us paying an extra fee for that service. Worse, the pool was never cleaned as requested following our discovery of 2 dead rodents at the bottom of the pool on our second day there. As a result, our 4 kids were extremely disappointed as they never got to use the pool. This was the primary amenity at the house that compelled us to book in the first place. Additional issues regarding the stove, a shower drain, lack of towels and glassware were also never addressed. In the end, we required intervention from AirBnB to address our disatiafaction and provide a partial refund.
