We offer a charming modern 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom house, centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County. Hosts up to 10 guests. Great for local, long term, business and leisure travel. Our home is accessible via a keyless smart lock featuring: • 3 Queen Beds & 2 Double Beds • Kitchen & dinning area • Outdoor patio area with string lighting Driveway & Free street parking available. We strive to create the best experiences for our Guests and part of that is excellent communication. When you arrive, we want you to experience exactly what we described. This Home is 1 of 2 Homes on the lot. That means there are 2 houses and this is 1 of those houses. We are centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County. The living room is perfect for spending time with your guests from the comfort of the cozy couch and smart Google TV. Our home is approximately 1,400 Square Feet and has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. •Room#1: Queen bed •Room#2: Queen bed •Room#3: Queen bed •Room#4: 2 Full Beds •Common Area / Living Room •Kitchen and Dining Room We provide bedsheets, blankets, pillows and towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth per guest). Our home has a Full Kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils. Complimentary Washer & Dryer with Detergent 1 Vehicle Parking Space is reserved in the driveway. Street Parking is available for additional vehicles (See Signs for Street Sweeper days). Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. Great stay with Brenda. They have obviously taken previous feedback as house couldn’t be better equipped for a large party. We had a great stay.
Great airbnb would highly recommend perfect for a large family. Hosts instructions were clear to understand and flexible with check in. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped.

This place was beautiful and super cozy, it accommodated our big group of 10 perfectly! Everything was so clean and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen!! Brenda was super communicative with us and check in was extremely easy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

Uptown Whittier has a lot of exciting things to check out like bars, clubs, clothing stores, restaurants, and different vendors.
GUILDHALL: Chill bar with plenty of board games and delicious appetizers (steak sashimi, charcuterie boards, garlic fries, etc.).
HAVANA HOUSE: Cigar lounge with a wide selection of cigars to choose from while you have a drink.
ROKKA GRILL & WHISKEY BAR: Nice restaurant if you want a tomahawk steak, whiskey drinks 🥃 and cocktails. Many in-house brewed beers on tap as well.
TURNBULL’S TAVERN: Awesome cocktails with very good food (cheeseburgers, steaks, appetizers, etc.).
FLASHBACKZ: bar/club if you enjoy karaoke and a loud crowd. 🎤
SAGE: A club with 2 dance floors that usually plays hip hop and reggaeton. DJs are awesome and know how to keep the crowd going (bring comfy shoes as you’ll want to dance all night).
KALAVERAS: Restaurant/bar with Mexican food and margarita specials.
KRUDOS SUSHI BAR: Mixed drinks, beer, sushi, and appetizers.
CHICKEN KOOP: AWESOME FOOD!!! They have delicious chicken sandwiches, margarita pitchers, and of course, ice cold beer.
All these places are walking distance from each other. Feel free to drive to Uptown, park, and walk around to see what attracts your attention.
