Walk Score of 91, easy access to restaurants, shops, parks, services. ANew beds, bedding, kichenware, tableware. 2 queen BRs plus sunroom with Sealy sleeper chair, futon, air mattress on request. Pack 'n Play, high chair. Sun room/office, laundry. 4 guest max unless prior approval. Dogs only, no cats please. Two queen bedrooms, sunroom doubles as private office, with Sealy sleeper chair. Open plan living/dining room. Separate laundry/mud room.

The owner was very responsive and responded right away when I had any questions. I was a little shocked about the third room but it is still very sleepable in. The bathroom tub water doesn’t really drain fast enough and there isn’t any vents in the bathroom. Overall, pretty worth it for its price.
Super cute, historical house in the adorable town of Whittier. We were there for Whittier College's graduation and the house was perfect for our family of 4.
The Pumphouse is iconic of Whittier. Peaceful location, walkable to uptown, and Joe was a great host. Had a great time at this house. Totally recommend.

The place is very nice and exactly as pictured. Dont be alerted by the outside appearance of the home. It is nestled between a pumphouse and a large garage that are part of the property. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.
