My Daughter and I had a great stay. Very clean especially the floors, I like that they ask not to wear shoes on the carpet or in the house as we do not wear shoes in our house either it's gross. the hallway was really long my baby had fun running up and down the hall and really enjoyed the spaced. Very clean bathtub and bathroom I didn't feel like I had to re clean when I arrived, although I always clean the toilet because kids touch everything haha. It would be nice to have a TV in one of the bedrooms but not a deal breaker at all. Shampoo and Soap was provided if you forgot yours, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods provided as well. great water pressure and outside lighting for my vehicle. Sam and Brooke allowed us to check in early which was great because my daughter was ready to get out of the car as you parents know. We hope to stay again, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone seeking a clean environment. Thank You. -Jack

Clean, decorated well, nice interior, many TV channels, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable (very important). Noise from nearby highway and regular noise that sounded like a drill from a machine inside the unit (maybe the floor heating?) disturbed our sleep somewhat. We also had trouble locking the place; it took many tries on the electronic pad each time. We did not realize the first time that it had not worked so it was disconcerting to find that it had been unlocked all day. You were supposed to just touch the pad to lock the door, but we had to touch it a lot and in various ways. We had no phone in the States so we could not contact them easily and we were also at the hospital visiting a lot so we just fumbled through it.
