Good location, private garage for parking was great, inside was nice and clean. However, the check-in instruction was not clear. It's hard to locate the room at the 2nd floor when walking up from garage with lots of luggages. Also, there was no instruction about where to get the parking permits, we have to call the emergency support line and got a callback from a man in late night telling us that they have to be picked up from the office in another building which is pretty far, and the office was already closed when we checked-in. He told us it's okay to park at the designated spot without a permit, however, you may have trouble if you need to park the second vehicle.

This is an excellent Airbnb. The condo was clean, spacious, and inviting - a perfect retreat in the mountains. Mammoth lifts are a short walk away. Great communication from Natural Retreats during the stay. Would stay again here in a heartbeat!

Location is about a 2 minute drive to Canyon Lodge. The place was nice and clean. You don’t have to take out your garbage bags and just need to load the dishwasher before you leave which was nice. The heater didn’t work the first night we got there but we could not get it fixed the same day as check in as 5pm and their office closes at 5pm. They scheduled someone to fix it the next day when we called and accommodated our time as we were on the slopes. Parking instructions say you need a parking permit but the flyer inside the home says they are not required. We called several times as the parking information that was provided didn’t match but we were given different information each time. The mattress for the bunk beds are very uncomfortable so you may want to sleep on the couch.
