Spent several weeks at property due to flooding repairs occurring at own home. House appears half way through a renovation. The ad is very incorrect. Old photos. Mould on walls. States working area that wasn't available. 1.5bathrooms there is just one room that smelt due to drains.( possibly leaking through to downstairs as there was stains) Received emails referring to a different property. 4 different contact people and numbers with only 1 that replied. Allows dogs however the garden area is separate to the house so would need to be supervised at all times. ( back yard has shared access. No welcome information around things such as how to work heating. ( it's either on or off no timers). What to do with rubbish bags/ recycling. Raised issues around sinks flowing back into bath tub rather than straight out to drains but never responded. Smoke detector didn't have batteries ( they did fit a new one when requested but there was no battery at all to begin with)

A lovely place, that can get only better as work continues. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay in Kerris’s place and she managed to fit us in last minute which was amazing. There’s some great local walks nearby and a 5 minute drive into the town centre which was ideal for us. The one thing that let it down was that there was no blind/curtain in the double room therefor myself and my partner had to sleep in the double single bedroom. The house itself is very modern and well kept, it’s clean, tidy and just what we needed for a short weekend. Thanks.
