I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lin’s place. The place was super clean and had a great view . She is the perfect host and very communicative . She was very kind and also accommodated our request to checkout an hour late and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Pros & cons: Pros- balcony view is beautiful, toilet paper was soft and it was close to the airport and restaurants. Cons: the bed was the equivalent of a piece of wood - terrible, the directions will have you completely lost, the apartment access is in a hall and it smells old and musty. I didn’t realize that I was sacrificing so much comfort for the price.

Lin was a great host. Her place is conveniently located off of Highway 101, making it a short drive from San Francisco (with a reserved and covered parking space). It’s conveniently located between San Jose and San Francisco, so it’s easily accessible to/from both of those airports. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, as well as fairly close to stores and other needs. Great view of the water from the deck. Check-in/check-out instructions from Lin were very thorough and easy to follow. The interior of the Airbnb was a little dated, but it was clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Super convenient little one bedroom apartment in a very quiet area of Foster City complete with lagoon views. While the apartment is in need of a few upgrades, it was comfortable and a good value.
