The tiny home is just a short drive to several ski resorts and is the perfect base for your mountain adventures. Here's a highlight of what the property has to offer: ★ Kitchenette and 3/4 bathroom in unit. ★ Community Amenities: Laundromat, extra showers, convenience store, picnic area, summer outdoor pool and hot tub, and winter indoor hot tub. The Little Black Ski Shack is a unique and cozy place to unwind and relax after a long day of adventuring! For sleeping arrangements, enjoy the comfy king bed on an elevated platform, allowing for luggage storage beneath. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need including cooking pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee maker, mixing bowls, cutting boards, mini fridge, and hot plate. The tiny home is also equipped with heating and cooling via a mini split and a TV to kick back and regroup before your next adventure. In the main office, there are two extra showers, a convenience store, hot tub, and coin operated laundry room. Seasonally, the outdoor pool and hot tub are also available for guest use!
