We had a wonderful stay at Scoutpost. The house is well appointed with plenty of room for our large group to feel comfortable, and each have our own space.

Very charming place. I was a bit upset the host did not respond quickly during our stay or mention that there is construction in the area. Lastly, it should be noted there is a huge wasps nest in the cellar entrance. Be advised when going to the wood pile. All in all, It fit our large group of 12. I just wished there was another bathroom — 2 is not enough for 12 women.

Our girls trip was great! We even decided to stay in our last night for a game night and extra time around the fire! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a large group (3 families) staying here, and it was so nice that everyone had a bed. My brother and SIL used one of the bunkhouses and loved it. We all loved having a large table to eat meals. The firepit, chairs and picnic tables were awesome - s'mores by the fire! We also loved the mowed trail through the trees. We did wish there was more cookware, but cooking for 16 people takes a large amount of dishes. We made do just fine with the cookware provided. Even though we had to drive to get to the places we wanted, it was worth the outdoorsy feel and privacy. It was a great place to let the kids run around, especially after the long roadtrips we all took to get there.
