This is our third time at this Airbnb, we love it that much. The first time we stayed, I found it by chance but now it is our go to treat for my birthday, even though we live locally. To say that the views are great is an understatement. The views are phenomenal and you could easily sit there all day watching the ever-changing harbour and all the things happening on it. If you’re up early enough, you will see the most spectacular sunrises. The flat itself is really well appointed and there are lots of little touches like welcome chocolates and a happy birthday bottle of wine. Glenis is a fabulous host - she’s not up in your grill if you want privacy but if anything goes wrong, they live below the flat so is always available. The bed linen was superb and the shower pressure (gas hot water so no running out) is great too. We will definitely stay again at this place - it’s on a busy road but it feels really tranquil and restful. Oh, and it was lovely to meet Murphy too!

We have just had a most unforgettable stay at Glenys’s place. Everything is as described and more! We have stayed at so many beautiful BNB places in different parts of the world and Glenys place is surely one of the best! We are so impressed and very much appreciated the beautiful design of her house, both interior and exterior, with great taste, quality, and comfort. We loved everything and enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Glenys and Shane, for having us!

This place was hard to leave. Glenys was very helpful and a quick responder to all of our questions. We had a whole floor of her house for ourselves with a fantastic view, a complete kitchen, thick towels, and everything we needed. The location was wonderful with an easy walk to the center of town. We could have happily stayed there forever. This was an A+ Airbnb in every way.

Glenys's apartment is in an ideal position for visiting Tauranga and further afield. For example, Rotorua is only an hour away. The views over the harbour and estuary are beautiful, and provides a different view throughout the day as the light and tides change. There was some road noise in the night, but I understand that double glazing is being fitted soon, which would solve the problem. My wife slept soundly, so this is a personal view. We're both happy to recommend Glenys's apartment. It has all you need for a comfortable stay.
