Lovely location, very convenient to pilot bay and main beach. Space was clean and had all the little things that make cooking for a family easy. A home feel away from home.

Stunning place and beautiful views! Chloe was extremely hospitable towards my family and I, and was great at communicating. Heaps to do right outside, secure parking, a the pool was great for the kids! Had an amazing stay!

Welcome to Five Star Focused….. We are a boutique holiday property management company based in marvellous Mount Maunganui, in the Bay of Plenty. We are passionate about providing guests with a five star experience. For the past three years we have hosted guests from around the world in our awesome Mount and Papamoa properties. When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay. If you have any questions before your stay do not hesitate to ask, we love to chat…… We look forward to hosting you Chloe and The Five Star Focused team
