Great apartment in a handy location close to the beach and shops. The pool was a nice bonus too. We had a lovely stay here and would love to come and stay again. Thanks for hosting us.
Great location, easy walk to either beach or amenities, restaurants, shops etc Big apartment with lots of space, great outdoor balcony and secure.
Place was outstanding, great location, quiet, apartment super nice. Chloe was super approachable and organised special request we did. Nice pool. Only downside being a “beach house” it didn’t have things like umbrella, beach chairs, chilly bin things useful for a day at the beach. Would highly recommend this to be added to lovely place.
Central location,easy to walk everwhere. It was very very hot with no brezze, aircon would be great.

Welcome to Five Star Focused….. We are a boutique holiday property management company based in marvellous Mount Maunganui, in the Bay of Plenty. We are passionate about providing guests with a five star experience. For the past three years we have hosted guests from around the world in our awesome Mount and Papamoa properties. When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay.
