You'll love the stunning view of Mount Maunganui from the living area and rooms. The beach is just a 5-min walk away, so you can easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. When you're ready to explore, it's a 10-minute walk into town. When you return, relax in our outdoor area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Mount Maunganui weather. The house has three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with super king beds, which can be easily separated to become four king single beds. Fresh towels, linen, and toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience. We have made sure you have everything you need and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible.

Awesome spot with great access to beach. Place is tidy. However the timing of my booking coincides with renovations both in front and behind the properties so a sleep-in is not possible past 7am with construction works. Would have been great if this was noted as the listing with the prices reflected but it’s not the end of the world. Another thing to note is that there were no instructions for using the indoor garage (as it was listed “parking on premise”) so with respect, we parked at the front of the house, under the palm tree as instructed but unfortunately a giant dead leave fell on the car, so something to be mindful of. Anyway we made up some of the setback with a great walk in the morning nearby the beach with great cafes around.
