Really enjoyed the house. The house has a ton of original charm and personally. It’s very walkable to downtown and lots of parking. Garage being available to store bikes was a big plus. I would stay here again.
Cozy house in a great location. Close to town. For us it was extra special because I was there with my sisters and we were all born and raised in Fruita. This house was within a block from where all of our grandparents lived when we were children.

Downtown Fruita is a marvelous location for everything you need. Just blocks away from festival activities, restaurants, shops, markets, pubs and more.
Vehicle recommended; Walking or biking to downtown are great options! Just a block or two away from shops and restaurants!

Mike and I moved to Fruita Colorado for the warm sunshine and amazing mountain biking. We have a ranch just outside of town and wouldn't trade it for the world!
