I had a nice stay at Jamal’s house. He was always helpful and responsive on my questions and my needs. He was daily taking care of keeping the common areas clean and tidy. He gave me a place to store my bike. He was also flexible for my check out, so I could have a little more time to get ready and leave. I would suggest him as a host to anyone, either for long term stay or just for a few days. Thank you Jamal!

Spent two months at this place. Great neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet community. 15min walk to the subway and 3min walk to the bus station. Jamal is a great host. He is very responsive and communicates well.

Pretty good stay at Jamal’s place! It’s close to Astoria with access to lots of amazing restaurants and bars. I really love the neighborhood. If you work in the city, it’s about a 15-22 minute walk to the nearest station. Grab the bus is you are lucky. Though it’s an enjoyable walk in cool weather. Lots of cafes cafes and good spots towards the 22 min walk station. Either way, it was chill, I was able to go in office while in town then rest up at the house. There was no choice of options to eat.
