We've stayed at this property before, everything was clean, comfortable mattresses and well stocked kitchen. This is an upcoming neighborhood between Pitt & Duquesne, many properties are being renovated in the area. It's walkable to our daughter's apartment so great location for us. Nice comfort & convenience to rely on for our visits. We appreciated the welcome snacks, supply of k-cups & also the beautiful poinsettia gave a nice holiday feel!

The house itself was FUN. Loved the circular staircase. The kitchen area was better than expected & the attached deck was good too.

Alison was very accommodating for us - we were in town for a school case competition and needed flexibility on arrival time and checkout time which was granted to us.

Alison was a FANTASTIC host. Super responsive with questions, and the place looked exactly as it was in photos. Kitchen well equipped, and the back deck was lovely, but not usable for us during the rainy weekend, which was unfortunate but still nice to have. Main bedroom on second floor is HUGE and so adorable! Bathroom also huge! Only minor downsides were the spiral staircase and no door on the two twin bedroom. The fan in the twin bedroom helped a ton with noise cancellation, and I used a sleep mask to block the light. Not a big deal for us overall. Another good thing to know about the location is that the row home is right next door to a condemned home, and there’s a burnt out house next to that condemned home. It looks like there was a fire that impacted both rowhomes and it hasn’t been remedied yet. The neighborhood is “up and coming”, and I felt perfectly safe parking my car on the street and walking around here. We would stay here again. Very comfortable. Great hosts.
