wow absolutely enjoyed staying in Paul's accommodation so clean very spacious, lovely sea view just what we wanted for new year walking along the beach shops are close by , very comfortable and extremely clean , it was so warm and cosy after brisk windy walks with the dogs , very well equipped with everything you need plus more we very highly recommend staying at Paul's place fantastic find

Spacious and very nicely decorated and equipped and right on the esplanade. The single split bedroom, containing a children's area and parent's area was well thought out, though we didn't have children with us to test it out. Parking space immediately outside was so convenient. Owners were extremely responsive. Burnham on sea as a place to visit is not bad, considering the vast areas of holiday parks/caravan parks that surrounds it. The walk to the end of Brean Down was brilliant.

We absolutely loved this flat. Fantastic location directly on the seafront. Beautifully kept and decorated to a very high standard. Paul and Becky have provided a real find. We hope to return here very soon

Really lovely place to stay with some nice touches to make it comfortable arriving with three little ones. I’d advise bringing in a gro blackout blind for the bedroom door if you have little ones. Beach literally over the road. Eat at Ogni Volta, it’s fantastic-just book online first!
