The flat is in a quiet, secure block. The furniture depicted on air BnB at the time was totally misleading, everything had been replaced with cheap uncomfortable furniture. The flat was very dusty and dirty. The host's response to our concerns was dismissive. Compounding the issues, the heating in the living area was not working with an inadequate replacement heater sent to us after a few days. When we could not take any more we asked if he would consider refunding us the final few days, The host offered us a 50% refund which he would pay us a few weeks after check out on the condition we provided a positive review.

Muy bien valorado, creo que obtuve más de lo que pague, todo excelente Tomas muy amable y flexible, me ayudó a resolver situaciones propias. Mucha paciencia esa zona de Dublin primera vez que la visitaba y me ayudo con direcciones y ubicaciones. En mi próxima visita regreso a este lugar.

It was a very comfortable stay in a lovely apartment and neighbourhood. My best recommendations to other travellers! It takes some time to get to the centre of Dublin but it is better to live a bit from the city to get peaceful and nice surroundings. Thomas was an amazing host with an accommodating personality.
