The main-floor living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and smart TV for cozy family movie nights and the upper living area includes a second smart TV, books, and board games for added entertainment options. Satisfy hungry appetites with stress-free meal prep in the well-equipped full kitchen and enjoy meals together at the dining table set for six. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Streaming with guest accounts is available through Amazon Firestick. For a $150 per week mandatory resort fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five & under do not require a wristband. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
