Street parking is prohibited at all times. The community will ticket if parked on the street. Park two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage if allowed by the property owner. Overflow parking at the Clubhouse is available. The HOA allows each home eight (8) Community Passes. They must be shared amongst guests. Guest must complete the rental application provided by Bishops Landing within 10 days of reservation. HOA and Owner are provided copies of the Application and Agreement. Minimum 7-day rental. Things to know Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
