Very responsible hoster and gorgeous scenery. The sunrise is amazing, the sun jams from the sea. Birds and sheep will provide the morning call. Definitely, will choose to stay here if come to Faroe Island next time.

Très bel endroit pour une halte au bout du monde

C'est une grande maison plantée dans un merveilleux bout du monde. Le phare veille pas loin d'un côté de la maison, tandis que la falaise plonge à pic de l'autre côté... le regard se perd au loin au raz des flots, ou scrute les oiseaux grâce aux paires de jumelles. Nous n'étions que deux mais la maison est idéale pour une bande avec ses nombreux couchages et sa grande table carrée bordée de bancs. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre très agréablement quelques jours. Un album photo permet de constater l'importance des travaux effectués depuis 10 ans pour rénover avec soin sans dénaturer le charme authentique de cette maison qui permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l'ile quand on a une voiture. Randi a été un excellent hôte et son projet avec cette maison est une réussite. We were 7 in our group, and absolutely loved staying in the yellow house. Don’t be fooled by the tiny appearance, the house has 2 bathrooms and enough beds for more than 10 people! For a small kitchen, it sure is fully equipped and had everything we needed, down to coffee/tea. Randi was kind to provide drinking water and two bottles of sparkling water for our group - be aware the water from the tap is not potable. Look out the windows with binoculars from the dining table and you can spot puffins and other birds nesting in the cliffs. There were seals catching fishes down by the harbor in Sumba town. Off the beaten track and we absolutely adored it. Thank you so much ☺️❤️

Denne beliggenhed er fuldstændig magisk. At bo helt i ro med Atlanterhavet, klipper, får og fugle som nabo, må beskrives som en perle. Her er du, helt bogstavelig, helt ude på kanten og i pagt med naturen. Huset er praktisk, rummeligt og dejligt varmt at komme hjem til efter ture ude på øen, eller i naturen tæt på.
