Repeat customer. Not much to say about a place right on the water and steps from Beacons. I mean cmon! Taking daily walks on Neptune, walking down to Leucadia Donuts, quintessential north county experience.

If anything the current pictures didn’t do Rich’s place complete justice. Meticulous renovation with a modern California feel. Stayed with 2 friends for a surf week. Walked 3 houses over to Beacons, then came home and watched the sun go down daily. What can I say…amazing place.

This house is so special! It is located in an intimate corner of a charming and private neighborhood steps away from a gorgeous local beach. Our hosts were traveling and yet they checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and were welcome. They even left lists of where to go, what to do and where to shop. But we almost never wanted to leave because the view was so amazing. The house felt brand new, but we lacked for nothing in the kitchen. Gorgeous amenities, and all the beach kit you could ask for. We were so lucky to find this sweet spot in Encinitas, and hope to head back to this house again next year.

A Slice of Paradise by the Pacific! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Oceanside cottage in Leucadia, California, and it surpassed all our expectations! As a family of five, it's often challenging to find accommodations that cater to our needs and budget, but this home was absolutely perfect in every way. One of the highlights for us was the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the host. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Rich where he gave us a personal tour of the home. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. Rich was readily available to answer any questions and provide recommendations, ensuring we had the best possible experience and he even checked in with us a couple times. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone seeking a memorable coastal getaway. We're already planning our next visit to this hidden gem! Michael K.
