This was my first airbnb in Nashville and the house was perfect for my group of 6. The place was decently clean. Check in was super easy. There were no issues at all.

Place was okay but needs alot of polishing such as walls painted and blinds to the back sliding door was missing/broken which provided no privacy as the broken ones was sitting beside the sliding door. Floors under the couches and bed needs maintenance as it had food, hair and other debris . Ants in the bathroom and kitchen which got in our personal items . Human/animal hair in the beds. Arrived and there was a personal package outside door and alot of personal items left in master closets/bathroom. Was awaken at almost midnight from a neighbor claiming to be in parking spot but there was no indication on assigned parking spots and listed instructions say allowed 2 spots in the back
