Our contact person Melissa was great! She was very responsive. The pool was great and entertaining for our kids. The downside was the sauna wasn't working which was a bummer because we were really looking forward to using it. The information in the rental stated jacuzzi was not working but we figured since the sauna would be working it would be a good compromise. But overall it was in a good location with near a by shopping mall and grocery store.

The house itself is beautiful. There were some things I noticed that were mentioned by previous reviews. Cleanliness is one, not even a few minutes after check-in our feet were dirty from the floor. You would think with the cleaning fee that you're paying the floor at least would be swept and mopped. The pool was the best part but upon walking around it myself and another person got cut because we stepped on chipped pieces of the pool. Yes the pool is chilly, the pool is not heated...its the pool room thats heated. Which does feel good when you exit out the pool. But if you're constantly moving and swimming you won't be cold anymore. The sauna was cool. I still give it a five star because my family did have a good time. In all I would recommend this place

Great spacious home, plenty of room for the whole family plus some. Loved the indoor pool !! Overall great place to stay and Melissa was great, very responsive and friendly.
