Perfect hosts, location, and total experience. We are locals on a staycation weekend to celebrate an anniversary. We enjoyed the stunning views, relaxation and privacy. The highlights included the view from the hot tub of all of Tacoma and the wildlife.

Gorgeous home! My family loved waking up and seeing the beautiful bay while the seals pop up in and out of the water. Interior is a beautiful beach theme with cute mermaids. The kitchen has all the things needed to have a good home cooked meal (just buy the groceries). Getting to the location the road are windy so be careful if you’re driving at night. Erin is such a great host, super responsive and told us about some things to do in the area. Definitely created some great memories ❤️

From the moment we walked down the stairs and seen the front door till the moment we locked the door and took a glance back before checkout was the most relaxing, rejuvenating time. When I arrived I noticed the sign, the blue chandelier, then after opening the door the view! The place is thoughtfully decorated, had a wonderfully warm ambiance with strings lights already on, and the place is well stocked. The rooms were all clean and the sound system in living room was great, connected Bluetooth easily. The outside areas are plenty and offer a variety of seating. Gorgeous views of MT Rainier on clear days & watching the seals & bufflehead ducks frolic in the bay from hot-tub during days & the lights of Tacoma glistening against water at night was wonderful. The sound of the water lapping & big windows to capture the water views on every level was amazing! Wanderlust is a fitting name here. We couldn't have been happier with choosing this place for our chilled out winter getaway.

Wonderlust beach retreat is the perfect beach stay for families. The amenities and convenient extras (popcorn, charger, puzzles) make settling in the home easy. we think the stay works be perfect during the summer and it helped us out this winter for a wiaa state tournament.
