Wonderful place! Second time staying here during the Long Beach Grand Prix. Walkable to GP entrance and many great restaurants nearby. View of the ocean from inside and also on the balcony is so wonderful. Such an adorable place. Top notch host!!

Leslie’s place was perfect. It’s comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of well chosen amenities like the tea kettle, the coffee maker, the comfy bed and sofa, and the “walk-in closet/dressing room” with a luggage stand and lots of hangers. The views from the small balcony were amazing. The location is an easy 5-10 minute walking distance to the convention center, shopping, local and chain restaurants, and other attractions. I also enjoyed the ambiance of the historic building. Would happily stay there again.

Had a great stay at Leslie’s Long Beach studio! Location is perfect, near many restaurants, bars, downtown. Try a sub at Modica’s next door! 😃 Street parking can be challenging plus paid meters, so I opted to use the parking garage-no issues there, just a block away! Spent a lot of time on the balcony with great view. Beach was an easy 5-10 min walk.

Great place to stay, exactly as the pictures. Leslie was just the best. I definitely will come back.
