We wanted a place with the best possible view and this place did not disappoint! The views are absolutely stunning and you can just sit out on the porch and enjoy them! The amenities also felt like a luxury vacation, clean and beautiful space. It was drive-able to so many lovely beaches, activities, and restaurants. However, walkable distance to a couple of our favourites at lusty glaze beach and Porth beach. Highly recommend, would stay again in a heartbeat. Only note is that if you have accessibility issues, there are outdoor stairs going in and out and consider that when booking.

What a beautiful place! The pictures do not do it justice! We had a wonderful stay here with our family and would definitely recommend to others. The house is cosy and cute, but has all amenities that you would need. It is beautifully decorated and the master suite is stunning. The best thing about it is the view from the living area and the main bedroom….would happily wake up to this view every day! We will definitely be booking this place again if we are in Cornwall again. Highly recommend!

Well presented and decorated. Clean on arrival, nice welcome pack, well appointed and great position for exploring and beautiful views over Porth beach. We would stay again.

Lovely place in such a nice location. Prefect to explorer Newbury and surrounding areas. Amazing views and a great setup.
