Niccol is the best Airbnb host! This Airbnb was perfect for us, 3 ladies. The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. It felt very safe, especially since it was across from the police station. Niccol provided us with additional toiletry and kitchen items we may have forgotten. She checked in us often and very quick to respond to any inquiries. In addition, it was just 7 minute walk to take public transportation to Manhattan or to LGA. I highly recommend Niccol’s Airbnb!

This place is very walkable to the train and lots of restaurants/coffee shops/bakeries, especially authentic Chinese cuisine! The size of the apartment fit our needs very well - would recommend a sound machine or a fan if you’re a sensitive to city noise 😊

Niccol’s property was clean, spacious, and affordable compared to the rest of the market. It was a 7 min walk to the subway so that we could easily commute into Manhattan to sightsee. Flushing itself was an excellent location to stay in for all the amazing eats within walking distance. Property felt safe and secure. Niccol was super responsive and excellent with communication before and throughout our stay.
