We had an awesome stay. We stayed for a month and this is one of the best apartments we have been in. Everything was very clean, the location is great. The apartment has a lot of light. Alex and Dania were super nice and helpful. The bed is really comfortable. 5 minutes walking from the sea, very nice restaurants close. There is a gym very close. We recommend this apartment very much! Thank you
Once we located the apartment check in was easy. Nice apartment very modern comfortable bed. Personally as it was late when we arrived it would of been nice to have a warm drink. There is no tea towels or oven gloves so ended up using a hand towel. The towels were very thin and due to the weather we were unable to wash and get them dry I understand you cannot order good weather. Had to ask for clean bedding but the communication was outstanding. Any problems we had it was sorted immediately. Great location and free parking.

The apartment was in a very nice neighborhood, which had a pool, football field, children's playground and many more. Nice restaurants were around.
Dania’s apartment is in a really lovely location, it is 5 min walk from some lovely bars and restaurants and also the loveliest little sandy cove with a fantastic beach bar. The apartment was very clean and had everything we wanted. We enjoyed the unusually gorgeous weather for December and sitting on the beautiful large balcony and enjoy a drink. And you can see the sea! It was a little tight on wardrobe space but we made it work and the communication between us and Alex was second to none and really couldn’t fault that aspect of our stay. The only reason I’ve marked it down is that the traffic noise on the road that runs alongside the apartment is really busy and really loud, and did impact our sleep hugely, especially with the bin men emptying bins at midnight. Sadly, that’s the only thing that marks it down. We had to buy ear plugs whilst there and that did help but it did play an impact on all our sleep. Which is such a shame as everything else was perfect.

The pools are also surrounded by a sun terrace for relaxation and a reception. There is also a children’s play area and a private parking. You will be just 5-7 minutes walk to four beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue water and a short drive to many more along the coast of Protaras.
You can easily get around Kapparis on foot or to other tourist areas by the bus route located only 2 minutes away. The 5 beaches of Kapparis are all located 5 to 15 minutes away by foot and the area also has car and bicycle hires as well as inexpensive taxi service. If you have a car, the location is car-friendly and has parking at all beaches and restaurants.
